Orders placed before 4pm are packed and handed to the courier the same working day. Orders after that, and orders on Sunday, go out the next working day.

Every bag is checked, dust-bagged and boxed before it leaves. You get a tracking number by SMS as soon as it does.

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days.
Everywhere else in Pakistan: 3–4 working days.

Remote areas can add a day, and so can public holidays. If a parcel is running late we will tell you before you have to ask.

Cash on delivery is available nationwide with no extra charge.

You may open the parcel and inspect the bag before you pay. Check the leather, the stitching and the hardware at your door. If it is not what you ordered, hand it straight back to the rider and pay nothing.

This is the single thing we would most like you to know about ordering here, and it is why we can sell a bag at this price without asking for trust up front.

Changed your mind, or the shape is not what you pictured? You have seven days from delivery to exchange it.

The bag must be unused and back in its box with the dust bag and tags. We arrange the pickup; you pay nothing for the collection.

To start one, message the WhatsApp number on the contact page with your order number and what you would like instead.

We exchange as a rule. Where an exchange is not possible — the piece is sold out and you do not want anything else — we refund to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

Refunds are processed within three working days of the bag reaching us. How quickly it then shows up depends on your bank.

If a bag arrives damaged, or is not the one you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. We collect it and send the right one at our cost, with no seven-day limit and nothing for you to pay.

Ordinary wear from use, damage from dye transfer off clothing, and damage from water or heat.

Bags that have clearly been used and are then returned as unused. The seven days are there so you can decide, not so a bag can be worn to an event and sent back.
