When you place an order we take your name, delivery address, phone number and email. If you pay by card or bank transfer, that payment is handled by the payment provider — we receive a confirmation, not your card number.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so the next person who answers you can see what was already said.

We also collect basic usage data: which pages were visited, from which kind of device, and whether an order was completed.

To pack and deliver your order, to keep you updated on it, and to handle an exchange if you ask for one.

To answer your questions, and to keep a record of what was agreed.

To understand which products and pages work, in aggregate. We do not need your name to do this and do not use it.

Your name, address and phone number are passed to the courier carrying your parcel. They need all three to deliver it and cannot do their job without them.

On cash on delivery the courier also handles the money. We are told the amount collected, not anything further about you.

We only send marketing messages to people who asked for them — by subscribing on the site or telling us on WhatsApp.

Every marketing message has a way out. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in an email, and it stops. Order updates are not marketing and will still reach you.

The site uses cookies to keep your bag filled between pages and to measure traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser; the bag will forget itself if you do.

Couriers, our payment provider, and the services that run the shop and its analytics. Nobody else. We do not sell your data, and we do not trade contact lists.

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and for handling a later complaint. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe.

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep an order record.
