Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan)

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original box, tags, and invoice are included

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Shoes have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Product was purchased on sale / clearance (unless defective)

  • Damage is caused by misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A wrong size or wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are allowed once, subject to stock availability

  • Customer will bear return shipping cost

  • We will cover re-shipping cost

5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

    • Original payment method (if applicable)

6. Shipping Costs

  • If return is due to our mistake, we bear all shipping costs

  • If return is due to change of mind or size issue, customer bears return shipping
